Our sales process is online-first. Once you decide to move forward with a vehicle, our team first sends the Sales Agreement for your review and signature. After receiving the signed agreement, we prepare a Payment Invoice containing the purchase amount and payment instructions. You may cancel without obligation or penalty at any time before submitting payment.

How It Works:

Find a listing that interests you.
Confirm your full name, shipping address, and phone number to start the transaction.
Receive, review, and, if you wish to continue, sign the Sales Agreement.
After the signed agreement is received, review the Payment Invoice and payment instructions before deciding whether to pay. You may cancel without penalty before submitting payment.
After payment confirmation, your vehicle moves into the delivery process and tracking updates are posted when available.
Review the inspection, warranty, return, and title-transfer terms stated in the documents for your specific vehicle.

Inspection, Warranty & Transaction Terms

Every purchase includes a 30-day return period beginning on delivery. Customers may return a vehicle for any reason within that period. We arrange and cover return transportation and provide a full purchase-price refund without restocking or cancellation fees. A 6-month limited warranty also applies. Review the Sales Agreement for return procedures, refund timing, warranty coverage, and title-transfer terms.
